Erica is our visionary leader and strategist, with deep roots in both programming and development. A seasoned fundraising professional, she brings decades of experience in donor stewardship, fund development, and nonprofit leadership.
Erica holds credentials as a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) and Major Gifts Officer, and is passionate about helping organizations build strong donor cultures and sustainable systems. Based in Portland, she shares life with her husband and daughter. She loves swimming, exploring the Oregon Coast, and bringing people together.

Amie makes the behind-the-scenes work of fundraising run smoothly and turns complexity into clarity. Since joining the consulting world in 2014, she’s helped nonprofit teams streamline systems, clean up data, and build the back-end tools that make fundraising work. Over the past decade, she's touched nearly every piece of the fundraising puzzle. From editing donor reports or building automated workflows Amie keeps things moving with calm, care, and precision.
She lives on a mini-homestead in Idaho with her husband and three daughters, and is happiest with a tidy database and a well-organized to-do list.

Veronica brings structure, strategy, and serious spreadsheet skills to every project. She joined the team in 2022, bringing her finance background into the world of philanthropy...and she hasn't looked back! Veronica manages projects with clarity and tenacity, helping our team and clients stay on track and on time. She's our go-to for process design, deadline wrangling, and keeping every moving part moving forward.
She lives in Portland with her husband and three daughters, loves a good brunch, and brings her full energy to everything from Cal football games (Go Bears!) to the latest Blackpink release.
